Booking & Payment Details
- Sessions are booked through your client portal after your application is approved.
- A valid credit or debit card is kept on file at the time of booking.
- Your card is charged automatically after each completed session.
- Alternative payment arrangements may be available for memberships — please ask.
Cancellation & no-show Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for your dog. Cancellations affect my travel schedule and a tight booking calendar.
• 24+ hours notice: No fee. Reschedule freely.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of session fee charged to card on file.
• Less than 1 hour notice or no-show: Full session fee charged to card on file.

Grace clause: Genuine emergencies happen — illness, vet emergencies, severe weather. Text me and we'll work it out. I'm a human and a dog person.
